On 5/30/05, we received the following email granting permission:

this message confirms that the band Mr. Something Something consents
to the posting of any live shows recorded from 2005 onward on the
etree/archive.org site.
i had sent an earlier message saying about the same thing but with exclusive recording rights given to brad the taper. this message is intended to clarify that anyone may post
